Study Title: Managing MS: Assessing healthcare service use and access by Canadians with MS
Study Description: We are a group of researchers from Queen's university who seek to identify and prioritize the most pressing concerns Canadians with MS have in relation to accessing and using healthcare services to manage their MS.

We have developed an online survey to gather this information. The survey was developed based on previous discussions with Canadians living with MS about access to healthcare to manage their disease.

Participants will be asked to complete the web-based survey, which we anticipate will take no more than 40 minutes to complete. Participants will be able to complete the survey over multiple sessions.

The study will develop new knowledge about health care use and access by people with MS in Canada. This knowledge will inform advocacy efforts and guide priority setting to improve access to healthcare services for persons with MS in Canada.

Recruitment Dates: 2019-11-13 to 2020-03-02
Who can participate: We are seeking participants: That have MS, Are Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada, Are over 18 years of age and Can complete an online survey in English
