Study Title: An Online Lifestyle Modification Course for People with MS: Feasibility Study
Rationale: To investigate whether people with MS engage with an online lifestyle modification program and to further understand the needs and wants of people with MS in online spaces.
Study Description: This study will explore the use of online lifestyle courses built for people with MS. Participants will be asked to take part in one of two online lifestyle courses, which will run for 6-weeks in total. Participants are able to engage in however they see fit and the course is extremely flexible in terms of time investment and participation. Participants will be asked to complete a long-form survey before commencing and at the conclusion of the course, which will ask questions regarding health and lifestyle. The study will also ask participants for feedback on the course content and structure.

The information and results gathered will be used to further understand the specific needs and wants of people with MS in how online spaces should present information. These results will help in the future design of online learning spaces for people with MS and provide important empirical data on the specific functionalities required.
