Study Title: Understanding diversity in the Multiple Sclerosis community in Canada
Rationale: Diversity traits such as age, sex, race, ethnicity, and immigration status have been shown to affect health outcomes for individuals with multiple sclerosis. Many research studies on multiple sclerosis lack diversity or do not report diversity traits. Therefore, there is a lack of understanding of the diversity traits of people with multiple sclerosis in Canada.
Study Description: The purpose of this study is to learn about the diversity traits of people with multiple sclerosis in Canada. If you agree to participate, you will be asked to fill out an anonymous survey online. The survey will ask about your traits, like gender and ethnicity, and other factors that may affect your health and well-being. It will also ask about your health status. The survey will take about 20-30 minutes.

We hope that by gaining a better understanding of the diversity traits of people with MS, we can inform the development of policies and supports to ensure equitable care and improve the health of everyone living with MS in Canada.
