Study Title: Implementing Online Mindfulness-Based Interventions for People with Multiple Sclerosis
Rationale: To identify preferences for developing online mindfulness-based interventions for people with multiple sclerosis
Study Description: Researchers at the University Health Network are looking for individuals living with multiple sclerosis, multiple sclerosis clinicians and mindfulness-based intervention instructors to participate in a research study on implementation priorities for an online mindfulness program. Our goal of this study is to identify recommendations for an online mindfulness program that suits the specific needs of people with multiple sclerosis. This study involves completing a 45 min – 1 hour online survey focusing on the preferences and considerations for an online mindfulness program. To thank you for your time, you will be compensated for completing the survey.

Must meet the following characteristics in ONE category

People with multiple sclerosis:
• 18 years or older
• Confirmed diagnosis of MS by a physician
• Fluent in English
• Residing in Canada

Multiple sclerosis clinicians:
• A regulated healthcare practitioner working with people with MS in Canada
• Fluent in English
• Residing in Canada

Mindfulness-based intervention instructors:
• A mindfulness-based stress reduction or mindfulness-based cognitive therapy instructor
• Fluent in English
• Residing in Canada
